Licensing your dog is important for a number of reasons. First, it's the law and, you will have to pay a fee if you are caught without a dog license. Second, it's important to have a license to make sure that their rabies vaccination is up to date and that the dog is healthy and not a danger to others. Finally, if you were to ever lose your dog, having a license will make it much easier to find them.
Dog and Wolf-Hybrid Licenses and Fees
Neutered or Spayed dog (or Wolf-Hybrid) that is 6 months or older:

On or before April 1st $11.00

After April 1st $15.00
Unneutered or unspayed dog (or Wolf-Hybrid) that is 6 months or older

On or before April 1st $13.00

After April 1st $19.00
If you become an owner of a neutered or spayed dog (or Wolf-Hybrid) after April 1st, you have 30 days to license the animal.

On or before October 1st: $11.00

After October 1st: $9.00
If the owner waits more than 30 days after the neutered or spayed dog (or wolf hybrid) becomes six months old, the fee is:

On or before October 1st: $13.00

After October 1st: $10.00
If you become an owner of a unneutered or unspayed dog (or Wolf-Hybrid) after April 1st, you have 30 days to license the animal.

On or before October 1st: $15.00

After October 1st: $11.00
If the owner waits more than 30 after the unneutered or unspayed dog (or Wolf-Hybrid) becomes 6 months old, the license fee becomes:
